Tasks
Compiling and managing product information for Customer Support teams in the product information Sharepoint Site
Conducting analysis of product performance and issues from Customer Support interactions
Creating reports on the results of analysis
Working and collaborating with other departments and Nintendo European offices
Requirements
The internship has to be mandatory for your current studies in the fields of product lifecycle management, engineering or business processes
The minimum length of the mandatory internship should be 6 months
Interest in product Customer Experience
Very good English skills, another European language would be a plus
Very good MS Office skills, knowledge of Sharepoint sites is a plus
Passion for games and the video game industry
Earliest possible start date: July 2024.
