The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for planning, analyzing, and initiating activities to align supply with forecasts and sales orders. This includes executing root cause analysis for stockouts, late, and overstock situations and proposing improvement plans. The role requires close collaboration with vendors to ensure delivery compliance, evaluating and recommending supply chain improvements, and participating in monthly SIOP activities. The planner will work on director-sponsored projects, prioritize incoming deliveries, manage outgoing customer orders, and ensure new product availability according to the NPI plan. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), MRP, BOM, and analytics tools (PowerBI) is essential. The role involves working across multi-functional teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries and managing large datasets to report on product segment overviews, trends, and summaries.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), MRP, BOM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools
Good to have:
  • High volume CE / Consumer Electronics experience
  • Knowledge of PC components
  • Experience of Oracle ERP/Cloud modules

Job Description

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Plan, analyze and initiate activities (Work Orders, Purchase Requisition, transfer, rework) for supply alignment to forecast and sales orders
  • Execute root cause analysis of stock outs, late and overstock situations and propose improvement plans to minimize inventory exposure and maximize revenue.
  • Work closely to ensure vendor delivery compliance including a root cause analysis on all late shipments
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements continually to respective supply chain
  • Work on director sponsored projects and/or process improvements (including associated cost analysis)
  • Ensure on-time customer deliveries by working across a multi-functional team to prioritize incoming deliveries, reserve incoming supply and manage outgoing customer orders based on Customer Request Date and Promise Date.
  • Participate and support monthly SIOP activities
  • Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups as needed and work toward resolution
  • Ensure new product availability in accordance with new product introduction plan by attending NPI core-team meetings and integrating NPI requirements including Initial Stocking Quantities, accessories and spare parts into production plans.
  • Work with cross functional stakeholders to coordinate, plan and execute NPI process
  • Experience using ERP like Oracle/SAP, MRP, BOM (Bill of Materials), analytics and reporting tools like PowerBI
  • Experience collaborating and influencing cross functional stakeholders to identify and synchronize on action plans 
  • Ability to understand & manage large datasets via Excel/BI tools to distill and report product segment overviews, trends, and summaries.   
  • Professional integrity in all internal and external engagements 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • REQUIRED : Bachelor’s Degree in the related field of Supply Chain/Operations Management and 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning experience

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  

Annual Salary Range $120,000—$140,000 USD
