Job Description – Support Engineer
This role will be reporting to the Manager of IT Operations and would be responsible for handling
MacBook supports & System administrator for 40+ IT applications. He/she will also be responsible
for access provisioning/deprovisioning of the applications for new joiners/terminated employees.
We need a very dynamic candidate who understand everything from cable to cloud for IT and can
provide first level of resolution to the end users.
