Job Description

As a Team Leader at Grosvenor Casino, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Food & Beverage hosts to provide exceptional customer service. You'll ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage service, creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests. Your responsibilities will include: training and mentoring team members, resolving customer issues, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with all safety and hygiene standards. You'll be a key player in delivering a high-quality dining experience and contributing to the overall success of the casino.
Must have:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Salary – £11.44 per hour
