Job Description

Trackman is seeking two system operators for an elite baseball tournament in Sacramento, CA from April 14th to 17th. Operators will receive pre-event training on the Trackman system. Responsibilities include arriving one hour prior to each game, inputting lineups, tagging games using Trackman software (similar to scoring a game), noting errors, and uploading game data daily. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the baseball industry and enhance your resume. General baseball knowledge and scoring experience are preferred.

Job description

We are in need of two system operators for an elite level baseball tournament from April 14th to April 17th at Army Depot Park in Sacramento, CA.

The Trackman system operator will receive full onboarding and training prior to the event. This is a GREAT way to get a foot in the door of the baseball industry and add an extremely valuable skill to your resume. Having Trackman experience automatically takes your resume up a notch in the eyes of MLB teams and Universities, as a majority of them use Trackman. If you love baseball, want to work in the baseball industry, or just want to make a few extra bucks by watching baseball all day, then this job is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Arrive 1 hour prior to each game.

  • Input lineups prior to the start of each game

  • "Tag" the game using Trackman software (Easy and straightforward to learn, very similar to scoring a game)

  • Make notes of any errors

  • Upload game data at the end of each day by simply connecting the laptop to Wi-Fi

Job requirements

Qualifications

General knowledge of baseball and how to score a game (denoting strike, ball, in play, error, etc.) is preferred.
