Role Description
Innerspace is at the forefront of delivering a unique and innovative solution that revolutionizes the design and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes to get medicines to patients faster. Our strategic aim is to become the top choice for customizable, blended training and assessment offerings in the pharma and biotech industries. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our approach, creating blended learning programs founded on user and scientific research. You will be responsible for designing courses, creating content and leveraging your expertise to guide our teams from concept through delivery of our training solutions, ensuring they not only meet but also surpass our customers' expectations. Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Design: Set the focus of training courses based on our methodology in collaboration with our risk and pharma experts, select appropriate training methods, and define clear learning objectives to guide the development and delivery of educational content
  • Content Design & Oversight: Develop content aligned with the learning objectives, supervise its progression through different stages with in-house designers, and foster collaboration within teams to achieve desired results
  • Success Measurement: Design and implement frameworks to measure the success and efficiency of our learning content. Your analytical skills will ensure our programs not only meet objectives but also offer measurable value to our users and customers
  • Continuous Improvement: Initiate targeted feedback sessions with customers and partners to understand their needs and experiences. Leverage these insights to dynamically refine and enhance our training content, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed expectations
Requirements
  • A strong 5 years+ foundation in developing educational programs and / or background as a professional trainer
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for fostering collaboration and innovation within teams
  • Strong experience in creating and implementing success measurement frameworks
  • Strong ability to conduct interviews with the target audience and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Education / Training or a related field
Conditions and Benefits
  • A minimum gross salary of 50.000 € per year (for full-time, overpayment possible)
  • Flexible working time and the possibility to work from home
  • Permanent full-time contract (38,5 h / week)
