Job Description

This role involves supporting the overseas PUBG Mobile esports version, ensuring smooth delivery of feature requirements and parameter settings. Responsibilities include analyzing esports data, planning game-esports ecosystem connections based on user feedback, optimizing viewing experience, and fostering sustainable esports growth. The candidate will coordinate and oversee optimization of esports products and tools, and be responsible for final results. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Must have:

Fluent in English and Chinese
Passion for gaming and esports
1-2 years relevant experience
Strong user insight and collaboration skills
Manage PUBG Mobile esports version delivery
Analyze esports data and improve viewing experience

1. 负责海外 PUBGM 电竞版本的重点配合跟进，保障赛事版本的功能需求，参数设置规划等顺利交付；

2. 负责收集和分析赛事数据，基于用户的反馈规划和落地游戏与电竞生态的连接，沉淀和优化赛事观赏性，促进电竞生态的可持续性和粘性；

3. 基于电竞策略，协调把控各赛事产品及工具的优化，落地及复盘，为最终效果负责。

Requirements:

1. 中英文流利，均可作为工作语言；
2. 热爱游戏，热爱电竞，熟悉游戏及电竞行业，有1-2年相关经验者优先；
3. 良好的用户洞察力，有创新精神，良好的跨团队协作和沟通能力。
