Those in Salesforce service at PwC will specialise in providing consulting services for Salesforce applications related to customer service and support. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their customer service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

• At least 2-5 year of experience

• Design test cases, writing test scripts and execute them.

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking.

• Defect raising and management.

• Knowledge of testing tools like Copado Robot Testing (CRT) , ALM or similar.

• Knowledge on Azure and JIRA desirable.

• Experience on Performance and load testing is a must, on integration or migration projects previously.

• Experience on automatization whether is Selenium, Katalon, JMeter or similar desirable.

• Good communication skills, analytical thinking.
