This Account Executive role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on mid-market sales, requiring fluency in Turkish and English. Must have:
  • 5 years of experience in advertising or related field (or 3 years with advanced degree)
  • Fluent in Turkish and English

  • Manage a portfolio of medium-to-large businesses
Good to have:
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of online marketing
  • Experience building narratives and using storytelling for client engagement

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Ability to communicate in Turkish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience assessing and achieving client success via business techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, narratives, storytelling and engaged promoting.
  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context, and consistently achieve goals to drive growth.
  • Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling for client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to enhance and expand their advertising business.
