Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts at MediQuality, you'll manage a portfolio of high-value pharmaceutical clients (60%), proactively seeking new business (40%). Responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, crafting tailored digital marketing strategies, working with internal teams for project delivery, providing client updates and reviews, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll need to understand pharmaceutical marketing and brand strategy, be fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The role involves consultative selling and achieving ambitious targets.

Your Role: 

In this pivotal role, you will connect pharmaceutical companies with our robust network of healthcare professionals through innovative digital solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Client Development: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value pharmaceutical clients (60% of the role) while proactively driving new business (40%). You’ll cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to position MediQuality as their go-to partner for digital marketing solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, diagnose challenges, and craft tailored, data-driven digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute dynamic sales plans, ensuring a clear path to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Project Ownership: Work seamlessly with internal teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes, maintaining client satisfaction at the heart of your efforts.
  • Performance Reviews and Engagement: Regularly provide clients with detailed updates and end-of-campaign reviews to highlight successes and areas for continued growth.
