This senior specialist position in Tainan focuses on providing comprehensive tax and legal consulting services related to company establishment, registration changes, capital verification, and investment structuring. Responsibilities encompass advising on company law and securities regulations, handling foreign investment applications, managing communication with clients and government agencies, and executing offshore company registration and maintenance. The role also involves personal tax filing and consultation (income, gift, and inheritance taxes), family trust planning, and handling tax audits. Experience in a Big Four accounting firm is preferred, but those without this experience are encouraged to apply. A strong understanding of corporate law and securities regulations is crucial.

Job Description & Summary

1. 協助提供公司法、證交法等相關投資法令諮詢顧問服務
2. 公司設立、變更登記及資本額查核服務
3. 僑外資、陸資投資、對外投資及對大陸投資申請服務
4. 與客戶及主管機關聯繫溝通工作
5. 國內外公司之投資架構重組之境外公司執行面規劃與登記作業
6. 海外/境外公司設立登記、年度維運、變更登記等聯繫作業
7. 上市(IPO)前涉及架構重組之執行面作業
8.個人稅務(所得稅、贈與稅及遺產稅)申報與諮詢
9.家族信託規劃與諮詢
10.財產繼承法律及稅務諮詢
11.對國稅局函查或補稅，提供諮詢

1.具備會計師、律師資格者尤佳 (或曾修畢公司法及證管法令)
2.具備2年以上四大會計師事務所相關工作經驗者尤佳 (無經驗者仍可應徵專員)
3.英文能力具備TOEIC 650分以上或其他英文檢定同等標準尤佳
4.熟悉Microsoft Excel及Word/Powerpoint 等文書處理軟體操作
5.對於學習法令有高度熱忱、善於人際互動者尤佳
