Job Description

This Business Analyst role involves analyzing large datasets of online and mobile game player behavior to answer strategic and operational business questions. Responsibilities include planning and implementing daily events and promotions, providing data-driven recommendations for game features and economies, collaborating with internal teams to improve monetization and retention, and building automated dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the gaming industry. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is essential.

Must have:

1+ years Business Analyst experience (Mobile/B2C)
Strong SQL knowledge
High analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Data analysis & visualization (Excel/Tableau/Looker)

Description

We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. Using your analytical skills and curiosity, you will collaborate with other teams to uncover impactful insights, playing a vital role in contributing to our overall success.

Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps
Work closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better insights that will drive towards monetization and retention improvements
Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from Mobile\ B2C Industries
Strong knowledge of SQL
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Self-motivated and independent
Great Communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economy or another quantitative field
Experience with data analysis and visualization (Excel/Tableau/Looker/similar)
Passion for the gaming industry
