Job Description

This is a versatile role with development potential in an international environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for customer relations, assisting in the development of sales strategies and forecasts, organizing and conducting customer meetings, representing the company at trade shows, and supporting the acquisition of new business partners. They will also be responsible for day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and some experience in sales or account management, ideally in the retail or FMCG sector. The company is a global toy company marketing products like Triominos, Sequence, Nexcube, Animagic plush figures, and Jelly Blox.
Must have:
  • Customer responsibility in coordination with the Country Manager
  • Support in key account management and development
  • Participation in creating sales strategies and forecasts
  • Independent organization and execution of customer meetings
  • Representation of the company at trade fairs and industry events
  • Support in the acquisition of new business partners
  • Communication with customers, partners, and Goliath worldwide branches
  • Support in daily business, administrative and organizational activities

Aufgabenprofil

· Eigenständige Übernahme von Kundenverantwortung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Country Manager Germany/Austria

· Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Key-Accounts

· Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Verkaufsstrategien und Forecasts

· Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung von Kundenterminen

· Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Branchenevents

· Unterstützung bei der Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner und der Marktbeobachtung

· Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und den weltweiten Goliath-Niederlassungen

· Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft, administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
