Role Overview

We're in need of an Account Manager to support our PR agency in London - Indigo Pearl. This is an officer level role (individual contributor) and will not involve people management. This will focus more on the admin side rather than client management.

  • Collaborate with your team leader to bring asset/code distribution campaigns from initial planning stages all the way through to delivery.
  • Ensure all releases adhere to specified embargo information.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Managing content on behalf of clients, ensuring that all information is organised and presentable. 
  • Strong, reliable support over both virtual and in-person events including preview tours/events, tradeshows and launch events
  • Ensure work meets PXN’s quality standards
  • Confidently present plans and ideas 
  • Work seamlessly with team members across multiple offices and time zones
  • Collaborate with team to contribute to the culture and always help improve the agency

Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a fast paced agency environment, ideally working with clients/companies in video games, entertainment, consumer tech or digital lifestyle; agency experience a plus  
  • Experience working on sensitive announcements, managing content ahead of embargo and organising release.
  • Able to establish strong and friendly relationships with clients
  • A firm understanding of email etiquette with a solid foundation in grammar
  • Experience working over busy event periods
  • Strong project management skills and confident juggling multiple deadlines
  • This role will support UK stakeholders so working on mid-shift is required (3pm-12mn, 4pm-1am depending on DST schedules)
  • Role offers a WFH setup, however, all team members are still expected to report onsite depending on business needs (client visits, company events, or any kind of project needs that would require you to go to the office)
