Freelance Recording Studio Production Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recording Studio Production Coordinator coordinates multiple multilanguage audio projects of different sizes, genres, platforms for multiple clients simultaneously and ensure their profitability, quality delivery within the timeframe agreed with the clients.

The Recording Studio Production Coordinator works across different Keywords Studios, in one or multiple languages, interfacing with the local Audio Production Teams in an efficient manner. The Recording Studio Production Coordinator also works in close connection with all Audio Production stakeholders, implementing Keywords best practices, consistent and standardized processes, while keeping them well documented and maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate audio projects, tasks and responsibilities – including checking and validating all instructions and recording assets - amongst the Global Production Team and distribute them in the relevant recording studios,
• Monitor and schedule ongoing Audio Projects, with the support of Planning Coordinators and Artistic Directors,
• Support Recording Studio Manager and Global Production Team in the successful execution of audio projects,
• Implement global practises and workflow, and analyse data to ensure no backlogs or issues,
• Liaise with the Global Production Team as applicable on live work,
• Make sure the communication from the team and other internal or external stakeholders is addressed promptly and professionally,
• Support key stakeholders in client facing activities, when required.

• +5 years’ experience in the Audio department,
• Very good communication skills,
• French native or very high level of French
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Additional language is a plus.
• nowledge of the gaming industry.
