Focus will be on enhancing the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of our website, analysing user interactions, and leveraging insights to drive conversions through high-performing landing pages. Detailed Job Description Location: Delhi NCR Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and maximise engagement across both desktop and mobile versions of our website. • Analyze user interactions and website metrics from both desktop and mobile platforms to optimise the customer journey. • Design and refine high-converting landing pages that perform well on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring seamless user experiences. • Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to improve conversion rates specifically tailored for desktop and mobile interfaces. • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure that the website is responsive and optimised for all devices and screen sizes. • Continuously assess website performance and user feedback to iterate and improve the web experience. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and web analytics. Qualifications: • Proven experience in UI/UX design, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with SEO strategies.
