The Product Adoption Strategist will build global ads product adoption programs for advertisers and agencies, spanning across Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB sales segments, as well as Agency and Partner teams. Responsibilities include driving growth, program management, cross-functional collaboration, sales enablement, feedback loop, team operations, and communication. They will lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue, and providing feedback to PMM and Product teams. This role requires excellent communication and project management skills to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.
Must have:
  • 4+ years in digital advertising or related industries.
  • Strong background in product adoption or sales strategy.
  • Proven ability to work with partner teams.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent program and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We’re assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts. We are looking for our next team member who can help us to innovate and scale across our major programs. 

In this role, you will be responsible for building global ads product adoption programs for advertisers and agencies. This role will include responsibility for programs and projects that span across Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB sales segments, as well as Agency and Partner teams. Your close partners include other PA team members, Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, and Enablement. 

Your work will help us to innovate, scale, and automate our product activation programs to better meet the needs of our customers' performance goals. We are looking for an all-star operational lead who will help us unblock barriers, streamline initiatives, and build cutting edge solutions.  Communication skills are also key - as you will be a champion and evangelist for our programs across the Reddit ads business.

Responsibilities:

Drive Growth: Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue.

Program Management: Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across different sales segments, including Large Customer Sales (LCS), Mid-Market (MM), Agencies, and Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB).

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Strategy & Operations (S&O), Product Adoption Strategy & Operations (PASO), Enablement, and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.

Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products.

Feedback Loop: Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development.

Team Operations: Streamline PA rhythm-of-business and operational approach to optimize workflows for global sales motions and PA programs across acquisition, retention, growth, and investigation.

Communication and Reporting: Establish scalable communication forums such as Slack channels, office hours, and dashboards to keep sales teams informed and supported.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, operations, or relevant industries
  • Industry Experience: A strong background in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within the digital advertising industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with partner teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise to drive program success.
  • Proficient in Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Analytical Skills: Solid familiarity with data analysis techniques and tools such as Mode, Tableau, and Salesforce to track key metrics and outcomes.
  • Project Management: Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly articulating strategies and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive their success.
