We’re assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption Strategists are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts. We are looking for our next team member who can help us to innovate and scale across our major programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for building global ads product adoption programs for advertisers and agencies. This role will include responsibility for programs and projects that span across Enterprise, Midmarket, and SMB sales segments, as well as Agency and Partner teams. Your close partners include other PA team members, Sales, PMM, Product, Strategy & Ops, and Enablement.
Your work will help us to innovate, scale, and automate our product activation programs to better meet the needs of our customers' performance goals. We are looking for an all-star operational lead who will help us unblock barriers, streamline initiatives, and build cutting edge solutions. Communication skills are also key - as you will be a champion and evangelist for our programs across the Reddit ads business.

Responsibilities:
Drive Growth: Lead efforts to scale the adoption of Reddit’s priority ads products, increasing advertiser engagement and revenue.
Program Management: Develop and manage programs to support product adoption across different sales segments, including Large Customer Sales (LCS), Mid-Market (MM), Agencies, and Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB).
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Strategy & Operations (S&O), Product Adoption Strategy & Operations (PASO), Enablement, and Product teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and alignment of strategic goals.
Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the necessary knowledge, training, collateral, and market insights to effectively position and implement Reddit's ad products.
Feedback Loop: Advocate for advertiser needs and identify opportunities and gaps, providing feedback to PMM and Product teams to inform ongoing product development.
Team Operations: Streamline PA rhythm-of-business and operational approach to optimize workflows for global sales motions and PA programs across acquisition, retention, growth, and investigation.
Communication and Reporting: Establish scalable communication forums such as Slack channels, office hours, and dashboards to keep sales teams informed and supported.
