The Account Manager, Retail, LCS (English, Spanish) at Google leads branding execution for major Latin American advertisers, focusing on display and video 360 across all Splatam markets. This role requires fluent English and Spanish, experience working with advertisers and agencies, and a strong understanding of online media. Responsibilities include serving as a strategic partner to clients, leading weekly meetings, collaborating with internal teams (programmatic account strategy, privacy, safety, security, Google Marketing Platform), leading cross-functional branding projects, and advocating for product adoption. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building, communication, and analytical skills. The role offers opportunities to learn marketing execution, product knowledge, stakeholder management, and project management.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years advertising/sales experience or 3 years with advanced degree
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Experience with advertisers, agencies, or clients
  • Lead client meetings & provide strategic insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Lead cross-functional branding projects
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in business
  • Experience with DV360 and CM360

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.
  • Experience working with advertisers using Display and Video 360 (DV360) and Campaign Manager (CM360).
  • Ability to collaborating with internal teams.
  • Excellent ambiguity, curious, and resilient skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.

As a Branding Account Manager in Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will be responsible for leading the branding execution of one of the biggest advertisers in Latam, and most innovative one in display and video 360, covering all Splatam markets and working closely to deliver a regional one Google approach. You will learn marketing execution, gain impressive product knowledge, and also master in stakeholder management and project management skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key client and agency stakeholders, cultivating deep relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  • Lead weekly meetings with client and agency teams, providing proactive insights, addressing challenges, and driving strategic alignment.
  • Partner constantly with internal teams (programmatic account strategy, privacy safety and security. google marketing platform) to identify opportunities for leveraging Google's products and solutions to address client needs.
  • Lead cross-functional branding projects defined in the joint business plan, like brand measurement, floodlight implementation, experimentation agenda for main key performance indicator.
  • Advocate sales expertise and product adoption, effectively communicating their value proposition to the client.
