The Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales role at Google Customer Solutions requires 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media. Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential for supporting client relationships. Responsibilities include delivering against quarterly business growth goals, managing a portfolio of businesses, pitching and consulting with customers, driving customer growth, and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong digital advertising campaign management skills, experience in performance marketing, and the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling for client engagement. This role demands achieving customer business and marketing objectives, understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, and managing risks. The candidate should proactively support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
Must have:

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience in assessing and achieving client success by sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promotions.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to demonstrate and build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to demonstrate and own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context in region and meet quotas to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against aspiring quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. 
  • Manage stakeholder, build relationships with the customer or agencies.
