Job Description
As an Administrative Business Partner II at Google Cloud's Go-to-Market team in Mexico City, you will be the central support for the team's operations. Responsibilities include managing executive calendars, processing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, assessing office space needs, and planning internal/external events. You'll collaborate with internal partners and external vendors, ensuring smooth team operations. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to interact effectively with various teams and functions. Success demands proactive problem-solving and up-to-date knowledge of Google products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment and be comfortable managing various projects concurrently.
Must have:
- 2+ years administrative experience in tech or international environment
- Fluent English communication
- Calendar management, expense reports, travel coordination
- Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- 3+ years supporting executive-level management
- Project and event management experience
- Experience with Google products and services
- Office space needs assessment

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.

Responsibilities
- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events also prepare meetings for the executive or team with some guidance.
- Execute expense management activities with some guidance.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs with some guidance.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events and manage event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks with some guidance.
