Job Description

As an Administrative Business Partner at Google, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and facilities coordination. You will support the Managing Director for Mexico and serve as the ABP Site-Lead for the Mexico site. You will collaborate with the global ABP team on meetings, events, and projects. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and proficiency in English and Spanish. You will build efficiency into existing operations, define new strategies, and plan/execute team events. Success in this role demands proactive problem-solving and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Must have:
  • 3+ years admin experience in high-tech environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Good to have:
  • 6+ years supporting executive management
  • Project leadership experience
  • Knowledge of project/program management
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Experience in using technology.
  • Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform an array of administrative tasks (e.g., manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team offsites, events, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the global Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of regularly scheduled domestic and international meetings, events, or projects.
  • Support the Managing Director for Mexico and serve as ABP Site-Lead for the Mexico site.
