Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As an Intelligence Operations Integrator, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir’s client user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new Palantir use cases, and solve unique and challenging problems globally. Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers’ continued success.

Responsibilities

    • Provide desk-side training to analysts.
    • Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
    • Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
    • Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product.

Qualifications

    • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility
    • Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
    • Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration.
    • Interest in relocating to Korea permanently.
    • Prior experience with Palantir Gotham required. Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong knowledge of Excel.
    • Military/Special Operations/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
