About the Role

The Senior IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and optimal performance. This role also involves managing IT projects & enhancing IT infrastructure within Goto’s India Office.

What You Will Do

Respond to and resolve IT incidents (for hardware, software, and network issues) and ensure minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
Document and maintain system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems &, network within corporate offices
Lead IT projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goal

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
4+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on infrastructure and network management as well as IT support
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Operating Systems: Proficiency with Windows and macOS
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Endpoint, network, etc.)
