The job involves developing, managing, and optimizing Moosend’s affiliate marketing program. The Affiliate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, creating marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive growth and revenue. This role also includes recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners, developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies, tracking KPIs and ROI.

Good command of Google sheets & Excel
Excellent communication skills in English

Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate program management

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Partner Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Moosend’s affiliate marketing program. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a knowledge of affiliate marketing.

What You’ll Do:

Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliate partners
Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with affiliate partners to create engaging marketing content, promotions, and campaigns
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate marketing campaigns
Provide ongoing support and communication to affiliates, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Generate weekly reports on program progress and monitor ROI for affiliate partnerships

What You Need to Succeed:

Proven experience in automated affiliate recruitment, negotiation, and partnership management
Skilled in creating marketing collateral for product promotion, e.g., product comparison charts
Strong data & analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Good command of Google sheets & Excel
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English
