AI/Chatbot Data Strategist

As a Chatbot Designer & Strategist , you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing conversational agents (chatbots) to facilitate efficient and engaging interactions with our Partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers, to create intelligent and user-friendly chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities: 

1.    NLP Integration:

• Work on natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) to enhance chatbot comprehension and response capabilities.
• Implement sentiment analysis and other NLP features to improve user interactions.
• Update and Maintain our Masterbot and his Knowledge core.

2.    Data Analysis:

• Analyze user interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance chatbot responses and user satisfaction.

3.    Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align chatbot development with overall business goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure a smooth deployment process.
• Train other team members on AI skills

Knowledge and Skills: 

• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
• Proven experience in chatbot design, including a strong understanding of NLP and machine learning.
• Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in chatbot technology.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
