Scopely seeks an Associate Community Manager for its Monopoly GO! team. Responsibilities include managing and growing digital communities across various platforms, creating content, actively engaging with players, monitoring feedback and trends, organizing community events, liaising with studio teams, identifying and escalating risks, and contributing to campaign ideation. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of community management experience, a passion for gaming communities (especially YouTube and Discord), excellent communication and moderation skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and experience with social listening tools. The role involves supporting community initiatives and growing online communities for Monopoly GO!, a key franchise for Scopely.

Scopely is looking for a Community Manager to join our Monopoly GO! team.

Monopoly GO! is our casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.
What You Will Do
As a Community Manager, you’ll be helping to support community initiatives, and actively engaging, communicating with, and growing online communities for Monopoly Go!
- Help manage and grow digital communities across key and emerging community platforms
- Help plan and create content for community channels
- Actively engage with the community, manage conversations and triage/assist with questions
- Monitor and report on feedback, channel health, sentiments and trends
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Liaise with studio teams and wider company departments to stay updated on new products, features, and upcoming releases
- Identify and escalate potential risks or crises in the community
- Stay up to date with community management and digital technology trends and push for ongoing iterations and improvements
- Contribute to community campaign ideation and execution, bringing fresh and creative ideas
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years experience as a community manager
- Experience belonging to or playing active roles in gaming communities and platforms – voluntary/hobby experience is as equally important as professional experience too
- Particular passion for/experience working on YouTube Community platforms and Discord would be a bonus
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Sharp moderation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills to support cross-functional collaborations
- Experience in social listening tools
