Job Description

The SAP Associate Consultant Help Desk role within the invenioLSI Grow program offers an immersive learning experience to jumpstart your SAP consulting career. You'll receive personalized training, work with experienced project teams on digital transformations for global clients, and develop a deep understanding of SAP. Responsibilities include managing service tickets using ServiceNow, handling client queries via email and phone, preparing Excel reports and dashboards, and collaborating with team members. Strong communication skills (Arabic and English), problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role involves client interaction (Zoom/Teams, email), multitasking, and meeting project deadlines.

Must have:

Role – SAP Help Desk Associate Consultant, invenioLSI Grow

Excel reporting, preparation of excel reports, dashboard (using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and, Internet savvy.
Willing to learn and work on assigning tickets using Service Now tool, handling initial level of queries from clients on emails, responding on emails, making phone calls to service desk. Prior experience will be an added advantage.
Should take ownership of the assigned work, should be Assertive and coordinate well with members within and outside the team.
Arabic speaking is mandatory. English communication skills should be good.
Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets.
Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
Must be result oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

Consulting Skills

Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.

General Skills

Assists the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects.
Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.
Demonstrates the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service.

Qualifications

Graduate (BCA, BCom, BSc, BBA)
