Adobe Design, our nearly 400-person product design group, is seeking

a Senior User Experience Designer to join the Adobe Journey Optimizer

(AJO) team for Adobe Experience Cloud!

As a key design member on this team, you’ll be an integral part of

exploring and influencing capabilities powered by the next generation

of Adobe’s enterprise platform. Experience Cloud is Adobe’s class-

leading enterprise customer experience management platform. The

Adobe Journey Optimizer design team builds modern and scalable

Product Capabilities That Are The Foundation Of Experience Cloud,

enabling digital marketers to personalize their customer’s journeys!

We are seeking a designer who thinks deeply through complexity and

uses modern tools to evaluate concepts quickly. Someone who is

willing to engage in both exploration of concepts and refinement of

details. We are looking for someone who can think systematically and

is able to apply user research findings into designs.

What you'll do

Work closely with product teams, designers, and users to dive deeply

into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame those into

opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans.

Map customer journeys, visualize concepts through story boards,

prioritize scalable information architecture, lay out detailed workflows

around tech constraints, build intuitive interactions, and prototype user

flows.

Craft pixel-perfect mockups by using your creativity and following the

design system, collaborate with other designers to detail design

patterns, deliver detailed design specs and assets to engineering

teams, verify implementation quality, and track success metrics.

Collaborate with Adobe Design Research & Strategy team to gain a

deeper understanding of users’ goals, validate design solutions,

conduct usability testing, and incorporate insights into your design.

Advocate for user-focused design, representing the voice of Adobe

users throughout the design process and among cross-functional team

members.

What you need to succeed

Must-haves

7+ years of UI/UX design experience for software.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, product design, or

UX, or equivalent practical experience.

Proficiency in working through early concepts, defining flows, and

delivering crafted, polished, and accessible designs.

Ability to work quickly and nimbly while collaborating directly with

cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of interaction design patterns, a critical eye for

typography and layout, ability to use UX writing effectively, and a

strong point of view backed by sound rationale.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a

problem space and proposed solution and adapting the narrative to

meet the needs of different recipients.

Experience designing responsive and accessible UI for web

applications.

Experience designing and launching powerful yet intuitive products.

Passion for iteration as well as receiving and giving feedback.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience working with complex, digital marketing, or enterprise

software.

Comfortable working with international teams.
