Job Description

The Solution Architect will assess the current technology landscape, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative, cost-efficient solutions using on-prem and cloud providers. Responsibilities include gathering stakeholder requirements, designing solutions aligning with customer guidelines, and collaborating with teams and vendors. Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are crucial. Expertise in integration, data optimization, and cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, G42) is essential. Experience in banking (GCF or Global Markets) domains like IPO, securities registration, and risk management is required. Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and design patterns is also necessary.

Must have:

5+ years Solution Architect experience in CIB (GCF/Global Markets)
5+ years Banking domain experience
3+ years Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, G42)
Expertise in integration and data optimization
Knowledge of GCF/GM business domains
Strong architecture design and diagramming skills
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Project description

The Solution Architect will be responsible of assessing the current technology landscape, identify areas of improvement, provide innovative and cost-efficient solutions using on-prem and or cloud providers.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements from stakeholders in a clear document

Propose solution design in line with customer guidelines and policies

Strong ability to design complex solutions

Excellent analytic and technical skills

Ability to build a network with other teams and third-party vendors

Skills

Must have

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in the CIB domain ideally GCF or Global Markets.

-Min 5 years of Experience in this Role specifically in Banking domain

-Min 3 years Cloud Experience

-Sound knowledge of GCF and GM business domains: IPO, Securities registration, Fund management, Financing, trade lifecycle, reference data, market data, risk management, accounting...

-Expertise in integration and data optimization.

-In-depth knowledge of integration architecture incl. low latency and high availability architectures

-Strong ability to create and amend complex architecture diagram, technical and functional.

-Good ability to suggest improvements in existing solutions.

-Knowledge on Cloud (AWS, Azure, G42).

-Knowledge on data analytics architecture and best practices.

-Knowledge on CI/CD and Devops best practices.

-Knowledge on design patterns and best coding principles.

The candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in information systems
