Team, about the role
We are looking for a Golang Tech Lead to strengthen our GameOps services team. Our services handle a load of over 100k RPS.
You will be tasked with developing current services and writing new ones on the Golang, as well as working on the architecture and solving issues of scaling, fault tolerance, and monitoring.
Tasks
Leading product and technical initiatives: gathering requirements, interacting with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, developing solutions, decomposing and estimating tasks, and driving initiatives to completion
Developing service architectures in accordance with product requirements
Managing the technical quality of the product: defining strategy and vision, prioritizing tasks, and planning
3+ years of experience in developing Golang services from scratch
2+ years of experience in a similar role (Tech Lead/Team Lead/Engineering Manager)
Experience in developing high-load applications
Experience in architecture design: creating services, describing database schemas
Ensuring high-quality code development through unit and integration testing
Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases, ability to design database structures
Preferred
Experience in developing Python REST services for over a year, with a focus on working with asynchronous frameworks, particularly FastAPI
User-level skills in working with AWS and Docker
Skills in working with orchestrators (Nomad, K8s)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue)
Understanding of CI/CD practices (TeamCity, Jenkins)
