The Associate, Corporate Branding role focuses on day-to-day logistics, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth delivery of scalable branding programs. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, streamline communication, and drive process improvements. This includes coordinating project timelines and deliverables, tracking progress, serving as a liaison between departments, supporting legal processes, managing logistics with vendors, and improving workflow efficiency to ensure cross-team alignment and branding consistency across the organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination or support

The Corporate Branding team at TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Associate, Corporate Branding to join our team!

This role focuses on day-to-day logistics, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth delivery of scalable branding programs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, streamline communication, and drive process improvements. 

ABOUT YOU:

You are an organized, detail-oriented team player who thrives in dynamic environments. You enjoy managing multiple workstreams, collaborating across departments, and keeping projects on track through smart coordination and efficient documentation. You bring a problem-solving mindset and are passionate about helping a brand operate at scale with clarity and consistency.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and documentation for ongoing corporate branding initiatives.
  • Track progress on both short-term tasks and long-term milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability across teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to support smooth collaboration and clear communication across workstreams.
  • Partner with the legal team to support domain registration, trademark processes, and brand asset protection.
  • Manage logistics and communications with external vendors and local partners, especially for distributed brand activations.
  • Support branding operations through process audits, documentation upkeep, and improvements to workflow efficiency.
  • Help implement scalable solutions that improve cross-team alignment and branding consistency across the organization.

YOU HAVE: (aka Qualifications)

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination, branding, or operations support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, documentation systems, and collaborative workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
