Job Description

Associate Manager, DTC Retail Marketing in Minato-ku, Japan. Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing activities for brands and products, conducting market/customer research, collaborating across Disney business units (film, games, TV etc.) on retail/e-commerce strategies, developing customer acquisition strategies for stores (including online), and creating marketing plans for new store openings. Requires 3+ years of experience in consumer goods marketing and e-commerce marketing, along with experience in promotional planning/budget management, sales promotion tool creation, digital promotion planning, digital asset creation, and advertising across various media (digital, print, OOH), and event planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

Must have:

3+ years experience in consumer goods & e-commerce marketing
Planning & executing marketing campaigns
Market research & analysis
Budget & schedule management
Digital marketing expertise
Proficient in MS Office Suite

Good to have:

Retail marketing experience
Market research design & analysis skills
Business-level English communication skills

一般消費財マーケティングおよび、ECマーケティング経験3年以上
プロモーションのスケジュール・予算管理、及び販売促進ツールの企画立案・制作経験
デジタルプロモーションの企画立案・実行経験
デジタルアセットの企画立案・制作経験
デジタル・紙媒体・OOHの広告制作、および消費者向けイベントの企画立案・実行経験
マイクロソフトワード・エクセル・パワーポイント・Outlookのスキル

Preferred Skills:

小売業でのマーケティング、販売促進企画経験
マーケット/顧客調査企画設計・分析スキル
ビジネスレベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（メール・電話・会話）
