Job Description

As an Associate Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements for solution architecture. You will also communicate with business users to explain the benefits of proposed solutions and identify gaps in business requirements. You will map product features and out-of-box requirements to functional requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis on products, and recommend feasible alternatives. You will also create test cases, test plans, and test data based on requirements, and assist in conducting functional testing and validating outcomes.
Must have:
  • Proven track record in implementing General Ledger (GL) systems
  • Experience in the Philippines or other Asian markets
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in technical and business communication
  • High-level understanding of financial products and processes
  • Detail-oriented, advanced presentation and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Job Description

  • Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for the solution architecture.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in implementing either a standalone General Ledger (GL) system or GL module within a Finance ERP system in a banking environment.
  • Experience working in the Philippines market or other Asian markets.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, with the ability to translate business and functional requirements into testable requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proficient in technical and business communication, with the ability to interact with developers and business partners.
  • High-level understanding of financial products and processes, with strong technical competency in solution and application development.
  • Detail-oriented, with advanced presentation and documentation skills using project management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively across functional teams and with third parties.
