This role ensures operational efficiency in hiring while also strengthening the company’s brand to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include coordinating interview scheduling, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), generating hiring metrics reports, ensuring compliance with hiring regulations, and collaborating with IT and HR teams. Additionally, the role involves developing content for career pages, managing employer branding efforts on various platforms, coordinating employee testimonials, and supporting campus recruitment initiatives. The candidate will also work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors.
