About the team The mission of the international e-commerce CRM platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productized platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing large-scale operation, one-stop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of e-commerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth. Responsibilities - Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop in the US - Develop and Optimize backend systems and services for data security, modularity, computational efficiency and scalability. - Develop best-in-class real-time computing, high concurrency and high scalability engineering practices across all product engineering disciplines. - Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline - 2 to 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java/Golang/Python. - Solid problem-solving skills and strong software programming capabilities, exhibits good code design and coding style. - Deep understanding of data structure, algorithm design and analysis, networking, data security, and highly scalable systems design. - Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions - In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka/MQ etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Exhibit good problem solving skills and team communication / collaboration skills - Great to have large-scale backend system design experience - Great to have E-Commerce products experience ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
