JOB OBJECTIVE:

Hitachi Solutions is looking for an experienced Billing Analyst who will manage and support the end-to-end invoicing and collection process for HISOL’s Asia Pacific region. The Billing Analyst will collaborate with Hitachi’s Accounting team and customers in further increasing the effectiveness of the global billing process, to help meet growing billing demands and drive continued process improvements. This role will report to the APAC Billing and Collections Manager and work closely with other internal departments within the company.

 

  • Creating T&M and Fixed price projects
  • Generating invoices for T&M projects and updating BTA files.
  • Monitoring Fixed price project for any billing and issue invoices
  • Do Project allocation report.
  • Follow up incomplete timesheet
  • Monitoring and updating project. Review thoroughly all the contracts MSA/Screening form and
  • other documents in creating project
  • Sending time reports to PM
  • Monitoring and assisting on any billing related request/queries.
  • Creation of new customer account and checking the completion of related documents.
  • Assisting in Audit requirements for APAC region.

 

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time, permanent position 

WORK SCHEDULE:  9 AM to 6 PM

WORK LOCATION: Hybrid (mix of work from home and minimum 2x a month onsite). Office address is in BGC, Taguig City 

Qualifications

  • Two to five years of general accounting or billing experience
  • Good understanding of accounting or finance principles
  • Adept in Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Displays initiative and can work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, with limited supervision
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or similar field, required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred but not required
