This internship offers the opportunity to assist the media engineering team with the support and development of Disney's media asset management and content supply chain systems. You'll be responsible for logging, tracking, and resolving issues raised by end-users for media management systems, working closely with third-party support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technology problems, and updating documentation. This role will require you to be on-site 4 days a week.

Job Summary:

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our undergraduate placement schemes.

During this internship you will assist the media engineering team with the support and development of Disney’s media asset management and content supply chain systems.

You will be a valuable member of the team conducting a range of technical, administrative, and organizational tasks for the team supporting Disney’s extensive media networks and direct-to-consumer platforms internationally. In this role you will be responsible for logging, tracking & resolving issues raised by our end users for our media management systems, as well as working closely with third party support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technology problems and updating documentation.

Working in this remit will provide a phenomenal springboard for your future career.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.

Eligibility

  • Must be a second year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2026

  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

  • Available to start working full time from June 2025

  • Interested in the area you are applying for; whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest

About you

  • A strong curiosity in either of the following areas: media, engineering or broadcasting

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

  • Strong MS Office skills
