The GBS Implementation Analyst will support various initiatives led by the GBS Implementation team, focusing on key growth services. The role involves developing business-wide improvements, optimizing processes, and gaining a strong understanding of IMRM business and implementation processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with Implementation Managers to analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring project reconciliations align with customer requirements, identifying data trends, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The role also includes producing documentation, working independently, and communicating exceptions to management. The individual will also track statistics and perform peer audits.
Must have:
  • 1-4 years in a business or analyst role.
  • Ability to perform data analytics and derive insights.
  • Experience with Excel, Google, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

Job Summary

The GBS Implementation analyst will be responsible for supporting many of the various initiatives led by the GBS Implementation team. These include supporting many of the key growth services across business segments and product lines.

Reporting to the Manager of Implementation Processes , the GBS Implementation Analyst will be a valuable partner to develop business wide improvements and optimizations while developing a strong knowledge of IMRM business and Implementation processes. In addition to the key responsibilities mentioned above this individual will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of our processes required to build the capacity required in our support of the Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Implementation Managers  to collect, organize and analyze data from multiple sources to support the front end analysis of Implementation engagements globally.

  • Analyze customer and IMRM systems data to keep project reconciliations in agreement with customer SOW’s and operational expectations.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, providing recommendations based on your findings.

  • Conduct continuous improvement roadmap with team leadership to automate processes through technology

  • Produce documentation and standard procedures for key tasks including but not limited to: Smartsort, Vendor Moves and Shred project reconciliations.

  • Ability to work independently, bringing creative ideas forward that offer flexibility and speed to the way we support internal and external customers.

  • Research issues and communicate all exceptions to management.

  • Track statistics, perform Peer Audits and other duties as required other duties and projects as assigned by Manager

Your Requirements

  • 1-4 years in a business or analyst related role

  • Ability to do data analytics and drive insights

  • Experience with Excel, Google & Salesforce required. Smartsheet a plus

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

  • Advanced English communication skills

Note: Shift time as per IST - 1:00-10:00 IST
