As a Business Analyst specializing in Treasury, you will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyze and document business processes related to Treasury, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. You will bring a combination of business acumen, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of commercial lending practices.
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document commercial lending requirements.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information from various stakeholders.
Analysis and Documentation:
Analyze and document existing commercial lending processes, workflows, and business rules.
Identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and risk mitigation.
Data Analysis:
Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to commercial lending performance.
Analyze credit risk, loan portfolio trends, and other relevant financial metrics.
Solution Design:
Develop detailed business requirements and specifications for commercial lending system enhancements.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users, IT teams, and other relevant departments.
Provide ongoing support and clarification on required
Must have
12 + Years of experience as a Business Analysis in an agile working manner
Has worked as a Banking BA in the treasury space
Serve as the liaison between the business units and IT teams, working to define and deliver solutions that support commercial banking operations and client needs
Will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating business requirements into functional specifications
Liquidity, Cash Flow, Investment Banking knowledge
Nice to have
Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
