Trendyol's Finance Team seeks Business Audit Professionals to conduct risk assessments, process audits, and improve efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include developing the annual audit plan, performing audits to enhance risk management, and analyzing data to identify risks. The role requires executing all audit phases, reviewing business processes, and providing optimization recommendations. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of auditing experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL. ABOUT THE TEAM
The Finance Team is Trendyol's control center. The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.
We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Being part of risk assessment processes of the company's core business processes and provide assistance in preparing annual audit plan,
- Performing process audits to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
- Helping the Company to improve business processes, efficiency and compliance with regulations and corporate standards through detailed audits, risk assessments and optimization recommendations.
- Execute all phases of audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, reporting & finding follow-up,
- Participate in review and update of business processes to meet changing business needs and identified gaps,
- Analyze data and trends to identify emerging risks and areas for improvement in internal control processes,
- Monitoring adequacy, efficiency and timely execution of actions taken in line with the reported issues.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree is required,
- 2+ years experience with great understanding of auditing, risk assessment and control procedures,
- Motivated self-starter who works well individually and able to work effectively with multiple teams,
- Being detail-oriented and having strong analytical skills,
- Decisive and persuasive communicator with proven problem-solving abilities,
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves,
- Clear and concise verbal/written communication and data reporting skills
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Pick up new information easily, take initiative and have a great sense of responsibility,
- SQL knowledge is required, Python is a plus.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
