About the role
The role is crucial for enabling the Cluster Lead to focus on strategic initiatives and high-level decision-making by handling operational and project management responsibilities. To lead project on export markets level, cluster or selected markets.
Key responsibilities
Project management: leading projects oriented on internal process and external business opportunity: sales & CMO development.
Representation: Representing the interests of the Export Markets organization, Cluster level or selected markets.
Advisory Role: Providing support and advice to Cluster Leaders.
Communication: Facilitating communication between the markets and the Cluster / Export Market.
Relationship Building: Helping to build, facilitate and maintain relationships between Haleon and customers.
Specialized Expertise: commercial and project management specialty.
Accountability
Develop business & strategic commercial projects lead
Executive Support: Assist the Cluster Lead with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Project Coordination: Manage and oversee specific projects, ensuring they align with the strategic goals of the organization and are completed on time.
Communication Facilitation: Act as a liaison between the Cluster Lead and Sales Managers, promoting clear and effective communication.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on various topics to support informed decision-making.
Event Management: Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring they run smoothly and meet objectives.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Min Bachelor´s Degree in Economics or Business Administration, Sciences or Engineering
Master´s degree/MBA is strongly desirable
Fluent English, Russian optionally
At least 4-6 years of experience as Trade Spend Specialist, Sales analytics, Sales specialist, Trade Marketing specialist or Customer service specialist in Consumer Health or FMCG in a corporate environment
Background as Sales Director, Channel Head, Business Administration, Sales or related field
Project management capabilities and very good knowledge of geographies
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, able to work independently.
Stakeholder management & strategic influencing
Collaborative, with high sense of team spirit, trying to find solutions and consensus
Multicultural & multinational environment experience is also important.
Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
