Job Description

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at gTech, you'll empower Ads teams to make data-driven decisions. You'll design intuitive dashboards, maintain robust data pipelines, and develop tools automating analyses and insights. Responsibilities include designing dashboards and reports, building and maintaining data pipelines, working cross-functionally with stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and demonstrating technical leadership. You'll leverage internal data systems to ensure efficient access to metrics and drive impactful business decisions. This role requires strong SQL, data visualization, and data warehousing skills, along with experience in ETL processes and scripting languages like Python.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years BI/Data Analytics experience
SQL, Data Visualization (Tableau, etc.)
Data warehousing & ETL experience
Python or similar scripting skills
Dashboard design & report creation
Data pipeline maintenance
Cross-functional collaboration

Good to have:

Translating business needs into technical requirements
Deploying data products & driving user adoption
Customer service experience
BRD/PRD/Design Doc development
Code reviews
Communicating with executive stakeholders
Managing multiple projects concurrently

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
2 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar technologies).
2 years of experience with data warehousing and building data pipelines (e.g. ETL).
Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience translating ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements for impactful data products.
Experience deploying data products, collaborating across teams, and driving user adoption through targeted communication.
Experience in business or Customer Service, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
Experience in developing BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs, code reviews, etc.
Experience communicating technical solutions and analysis to executive stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
