We are seeking a Client Executive to join Cedacri’s Commercial team in Italy. In this role, you will interact with and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met while representing the company's best interests. You will develop strategic account plans, analyze market contexts and client challenges, and map Cedacri’s products and services to support client business transformation roadmaps. Your responsibilities include positioning Cedacri as a key partner, detailing unique value propositions through consultative selling, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams. You will manage a portfolio of business opportunities, deliver high-quality proposals, maintain client interaction records, and meet financial objectives and customer satisfaction goals for your assigned territory. You will also contribute to the company’s strategic shift towards a product-based model.
Must have:
  • Master’s degree in management, engineering, or quantitative field
  • Proven experience in leading consulting companies
  • Strong FSI/Core Banking skills
  • High commercial acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Consultative selling capabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages

We are looking for talented professionals for the role of Client Executive in Cedacri’s Commercial team. Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
 
Your role:
 
Your key duties and responsibilities
         Interact and nurture relationships with clients, while ensuring their needs are met in the best interest of the clients and the Company.
         Develop a Strategic Account Plan for the Clients of the assigned territory, analyzing for each of them the market context, the main challenges and opportunities, the execution capabilities, and mapping Cedacri’s products and services that can support their business transformation roadmap.
         Position Cedacri as a key partner for each Client while they develop their long-term Strategic Plan.
         Detail Unique Value Propositions for each client by working with methos and consultative selling skills to the map of each client detailed processes, to be relevant in the partnership Cedacri can build with them.
         Identify and qualify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
         Collaborate with the sales team and the other functions within the Company (i.e., Operations, Products, Finance, Procurement, Legal).
         Manage a portfolio of business opportunities that matches the growth ambition of Cedacri on the assigned territory and orchestrate the commercial activities to move the opportunities into real business and delivery activities in a timely manner.
         Qualify opportunities that are matching your clients’ needs and are leveraging current and future Cedacri’s capabilities.
         Deliver proposals with high quality standards and in a timely manner.
         Keep records and maintain documentation of client interactions
         Contribute to manage all the commercial documentation according to ION standard templates and processes
         Meet financial objectives on the assigned territory in terms of Pipeline, Intake, Revenue.
         Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives on the assigned territory.
         Ensure diligence and thoroughness for both internal and external communications, analysis, and processes.
         Actively participate to Contracts’ renewal processes, contributing to the right understanding of each assigned Client of the value of standardized, clear T&Cs.
         Participate to the strategic shift of Cedacri, by supporting the transition process of the company’s service model towards a Product based model according to ION Groups’ vision.

We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
 
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
·         Master’s degree in management, Engineering or in a quantitative field (with honors).
·         Proven experience in leading consulting companies (Big Four / IT Consulting / Strategy).
·         Strong FSI/Core Banking skills.
·         High commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
·         Consultative Selling capabilities.
·         Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language.
