As a Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Data Analytics, you will provide support to customers transitioning to Google Cloud. You'll troubleshoot technical problems involving debugging, networking, system administration, documentation updates, and coding/scripting as needed. You'll advocate for customer needs and contribute to Google Cloud's success by understanding and resolving issues. This role requires working in a shift pattern, potentially including weekends, to ensure 24/7 customer support. You'll develop in-depth knowledge of Google Cloud's data analytics products, investigate customer-reported issues, and create tools/documents for faster diagnosis. You'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and customer organizations, to resolve technical deployment challenges and improve Google Cloud's overall performance.
