As a Community Manager, you’ll work closely with the Western WoT team and fellow community managers to create an exciting and unified experience for players worldwide. From social media and live stream production to competitive gaming initiatives, you’ll help shape the way we interact with our players.

Reports to

This role reports to the West Senior Community Manager

What will you do?

• Be a host on live streams representing the product to our players with a live and engaging personality.
• Collaborate with regional Community Managers to engage the community effectively and create impactful reports for the development team.
• Represent World of Tanks as a face and voice of the product to our players through regular interactions on official communication platforms and offline events.
• Nurture a growing, enthusiastic, and loyal community around the World of Tanks product among the English-speaking audience.
• Collaborate with your manager to execute the publishing strategy while accurately representing the western player base.
• Organize and document online and offline community-focused activities.
• Represent the voice of World of Tanks player to product management and devs by effectively gathering useful community feedback and sentiment.
• Identify key community influencers to build and manage long lasting relationships.
• Report on specific community KPIs and player sentiment on a regular basis.
• All other duties that may be assigned by the Company and that would be included in the scope of the Employee’s qualifications.

Who are we looking for?

• Native English or excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Avid gamer with deep knowledge of World of Tanks product.
• 1-year minimum experience working as a community manager or equivalent or working with content creators and managing influencers.
• Knowledge of PC gaming culture and its trends.
• Experience with livestreaming and being on camera.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Analytical and reporting skills coupled with a good knowledge of industry standards for community KPIs.
• Able and willing to work alternating shifts and weekends as required by the business.
• A charismatic personality to engage and communicate with players online and offline.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Basic understanding of social media and marketing practices.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of additional European languages and cultures.
• Experience in creating engagement events (online and offline) for players.
• Deep knowledge of the gaming industry, and other titles.
• Experience with community engagement tools (Discord, forums, social media management platforms).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools for sentiment analysis and reporting.
• Event management experience for both online and offline activations.

Work mode

• Hybrid (minimum of 2 days of work from the office)
• This role is eligible for relocation support for candidate with free access to the labor market in the Czech Republic.
