Content Developer & Multimedia Specialist – Ultrasound (Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA)
This role offers the opportunity to shape a modern, scalable education model and build a portfolio that reaches learners around the world.
Your role:
Design and produce multimedia-rich learning solutions that accelerate clinical, sales, and technical mastery for Philips Ultrasound customers and employees worldwide.
Working closely with subject‑matter experts, product managers, and instructional designers across regions, you will translate complex clinical and technical concepts into impactful digital learning.
Create ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations, quick guides, and video assets that enable measurable performance gains. Apply advanced instructional design and adult learning principles using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and similar tools.
Publish and maintain content in our LMS/CMS, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and seamless global access.
Track learner analytics and iterate content to maximize engagement, retention, and business impact. Mentor junior developers and continuously improve team processes to accelerate delivery.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience designing and developing multimedia learning for technical or clinical audiences; portfolio includes medical device or healthcare projects.
Your skills include expert use of Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, video production, and interactive design; LMS/CMS administration is a plus.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred) and can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Travel up to 10% for project and event support.

How we work together:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office-based role and will sit in either Bothell, WA or Cambridge, MA.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in WA or MA is $95,000 to $155,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
