About Sugarloaf Social Club: Sugarloaf Social Club began in 2011 as a group chat amongst college roommates and has since evolved into a full-time golf goods and creative agency, working for and collaborating with some of the most beloved names in golf. Sitting at the intersection of nostalgia and whimsy, the brand’s unique perspective encourages camaraderie, exploration and personal enjoyment of the game via imaginative gatherings, a love of story-telling and an ever evolving collection of products.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Producer to join the Sugarloaf Social Club team. This role is critical in crafting and executing content that reflects our brand’s unique voice and vision. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands the intersection of golf and culture and can produce compelling content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content, including video, photography, and social media posts, that aligns with Sugarloaf Social Club's brand identity.
  • Video Editing: Edit video content to ensure a polished and professional final product.
  • Storytelling: Help to execute narrative-driven content that resonates with our target audience of golfers and golf enthusiasts.
  • Product Photography: Capture high-quality product images that showcase Sugarloaf's goods in a visually appealing and brand-consistent manner, suitable for use across digital platforms, e-commerce, and marketing materials.
  • Work with Brand and Marketing teams to develop website and social media content.
  • Brand Activation Support: Collaborate with the brand team to create content that supports our presence at events and other activations.
  • Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in content production, preferably within lifestyle, sports, or golf-related brands.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar), video production, photography, and social media management.
  • Creativity: Demonstrated ability to produce innovative and engaging content that aligns with brand values and appeals to target audiences.
  • Organization: Maintain exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for golf and an understanding of the culture and lifestyle associated with the game.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
