As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will work with the Operational Excellence Director to transform the site in Dungarvan into an Integrated Work System framework (Lean). Your responsibilities will include identifying operational efficiency opportunities across functions, planning the implementation of these opportunities, and engaging stakeholders across all levels. The role requires considerable experience in Operational Efficiency, specifically with Integrated Work System (IWS) and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM). You will be expected to promote this new system enthusiastically.
Must have:
  • Experience in Operational Efficiency (IWS, TPM)
  • Engineering degree with FMCG manufacturing efficiencies knowledge

Overview In this role you will work directly with our newly appointed Operational Excellence Director in leading the ongoing transformation, across functions, at our site in Dungarvan, to an Integrated Work System framework. (Lean). This part of a Global all area transformation programme. Key Role Requirements and Responsibilities
  • Identifying operational efficiency opportunities across function for our Dungarvan Plant, Operations.
  • Articulating and planning for the implementation of said efficiency opportunities under a Global Integrated Work System Program.
  • Working to bring stakeholders, across all functions and level in Dungarvan with you on this journey.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
  • Considerable work experience and achievement in the area of Operational Efficiency. -specifically Integrated Work System, (IWS), Total Preventative Maintenance, (TPM).
  • A primary degree in engineering with further qualifications in enterprise level FMCG manufacturing efficiencies e.g. general Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, IWS,
  • Proven ability to act as an energetic and enthusiastic promoter for a new system, transformation across stakeholders at all levels of operations, and function.
