We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Head of People Partners to transform the HR function into a strategic partner role, build a strong team, and implement systematic processes that ensure a comfortable and efficient employee lifecycle.
Develop a long-term HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and establish standards for core HR processes.
Build effective partnerships with top management, provide solutions to systemic issues, and support strategic changes.
Manage a team of HR partners, including recruiting, talent development, conducting one-on-one meetings, and overseeing engagement and performance.
Oversee HR processes, including implementing and optimizing onboarding, adaptation, performance evaluation, employee development, retention, satisfaction, engagement, offboarding, and others.
Implementation of planning tools, budget management, and HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
Automate HR processes by implementing HR systems and reducing manual, routine tasks.
At least 3 years of experience managing HR teams of 10+ people.
Proven experience in building HR functions, including systematic processes, scaling initiatives, and driving change.
Ability to collaborate with multicultural teams and establish partnerships with C-level executives.
Expertise in working with HR metrics and analytics, using data to drive decision-making.
Fluency in Russian and English.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, identify systemic issues, and implement effective solutions.
