Our client is seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Manager to join their Value Delivery Office. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and process improvements across various business functions, with a keen focus on Lean methodologies, value stream mapping, and process optimization.
This is a full-time 3-month contract opportunity that is hybrid onsite in El Segundo, CA 2 days/week.
Continuous Improvement Manager Responsibilities:
Cultivate a Lean mindset within partner business functions to drive process improvements
Lead value stream mapping and core process development
Identify key opportunities for efficiency and sales growth
Collaborate with sponsors and project managers to scope and implement improvement projects
Co-develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish visual management tools for tracking progress
Implement standardized processes and root cause analysis techniques
Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements:
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required
Six Sigma Green Belt certification required
Hands-on experience with value stream mapping and visual management implementation
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or related industries (preferred)
Prior experience working in global organizations (preferred)
Perks & Benefits:
To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
